All athletes need to fill a Medical Form and must carry it with them at all times during ETSC 2024. LOC advices athletes to fill the Medical Form with their doctor and use the most recent medical data. Medical information is not submitted to the LOC before the Championships and is only intended to be used in case of medical emergency.
All athletes must have their own travel insurance and the information about the insurance must be indicated in the Medical Form. Athletes must have a valid EHIC/GHIC card and carry it with them at all times.
In case of medical emergency athletes or accompanying persons are adviced to present the Medical Form to the Medical staff as base information.
